Where can you purchase our bison?
Retail and restaurant orders can be purchased directly from our farm. If you’re just someone looking for some Bison Meat to cook up, come and visit us at our Farm Store on Saturdays from 10-2 or click here to see where else it’s available.
When do I need to order?
Due to a high demand on select restaurant cuts, it is always helpful to give us as much time as possible to ensure availability.
Can I request a custom cut?
Yes! We can take custom orders to be processed the next time we butcher an animal.
When can I visit the farm?
We welcome visitors to the farm by appointment only, so just call us and we can set up a meeting! Or you can visit us when we’re open on Saturdays!
